Crew Technician
$18–$22 / hr + tips
Field crew member running soft-wash systems, surface cleaners and ladders. We train on the chemistry; you bring the work ethic.
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Comfortable on roofs and 28-ft ladders
- Bilingual EN/ES preferred, not required
- Weekends optional, paid 1.5×
Full-time · W-2
Crew Lead
$24–$30 / hr + tips + bonus
Lead a 2-person crew through 3–4 jobs a day. Own quality, time on site, and the customer handoff. Clear path to Operations.
- 2+ years pressure-wash or roofing experience
- Clean driving record (we insure the truck)
- Bilingual EN/ES preferred
- Quarterly performance bonus
Full-time · W-2 + commission
Bilingual Estimator
$55k base + 4% commission
In-field estimates across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Same-day quote turnaround. You write the proposal; we close it.
- Bilingual EN/ES required
- Sales or trades-estimating background
- Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Vacation, sick days, $300/mo health stipend
