Mobile Terms

These Mobile Terms apply when you give 4 Pro Wash LLC your phone number and consent to receive text messages from us. By providing your number on a quote form, contact form, job booking, or directly to a team member, you agree to these terms.

Programs

We may send the following types of texts:

• Service notifications — quote confirmations, appointment reminders, crew-on-the-way, completion follow-up.
• Customer support — replies to your questions sent by text.
• Account and billing — invoice links, payment receipts.
• Promotions — only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect up to 6 messages per active job (booking through follow-up) and occasional account messages. Promotional messages, if you opt in, are sent no more than 4 times per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that program. You will receive a confirmation text and then no further messages from that program. To opt out of all programs, reply STOP to any number from us or email [email protected].

Supported carriers

Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• You confirm you are the subscriber of the phone number provided or authorized to enroll it.
• If the phone number changes hands, notify us so we can update or remove the record.

Privacy

Your mobile number and message content are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.

Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
