These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://4prowash.com and any pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning or related services provided by 4 Pro Wash LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and quotes

• Online and phone estimates are preliminary until we confirm the scope on site.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
• A quote becomes a binding agreement only when you accept it in writing (email reply, signed PDF or e-signature) and we confirm a service date.
• Add-ons or scope changes requested after acceptance may carry additional charges, which we will quote before performing the work.

2. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfer (ACH), and check.
• For jobs over $1,500 we may require a 25% deposit to schedule.
• Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is less.
• You agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs (including attorneys' fees) for amounts past due over 60 days.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the service window at no charge.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-access at the scheduled time, may be billed at a $99 mobilization fee.
• We will reschedule for severe weather, lightning, or unsafe conditions without penalty.

4. Your responsibilities

Before the appointment, please:

• Move vehicles, patio furniture, plants and personal items away from the work area.
• Close all windows, exterior doors, garage doors and pet doors.
• Ensure access to an outdoor water spigot and 110V outlet (we bring our own if not).
• Disclose known issues — leaks, loose siding, painted-over rot, recent repairs.
• Keep children and pets indoors during service.

5. Our work and guarantee

• We use soft-wash chemistry when appropriate and pressure only where the surface tolerates it.
• We carry general liability insurance of at least $2,000,000.
• If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We'll re-treat any area we missed at no charge.
• Our roof soft-wash service carries a 5-year no-algae guarantee on the roof areas we treated, subject to inspection.

6. Limitations and exclusions

We cannot guarantee removal of:

• Stains absorbed into the substrate (oil saturated into concrete, etched rust on travertine, etc.).
• Pre-existing damage — chipped paint, soft wood, failing caulk, hairline stucco cracks — which may be exposed by cleaning.
• Mineral staining inside porous tile or grout.

We're not liable for damage caused by latent defects in the property, prior repairs we were not informed of, or items left in the work area after our pre-job walkthrough.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service we performed is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

8. Website use

• The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty of uninterrupted operation.
• All content, logos and photography are owned by 4 Pro Wash LLC or licensed to us. Do not copy or republish without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or extract data from the site by automated means.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
