Our position

4 Pro Wash LLC does not sell your personal information for money. We also do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or similar state laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others).

Even so, the laws give you the right to confirm this and to opt out of any future sale or sharing. You can submit a request below.

What "sale" and "share" mean here

• Sale — disclosing personal information in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
• Share — disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, with or without payment.

We use a small set of vendors (hosting, analytics, payment processing, CRM, email/SMS delivery) under contracts that prohibit them from selling your data or using it outside the service they provide to us. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Use the form below, email [email protected] with subject "Do Not Sell Request," or call (855) 477-6927. We respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity to process the request — typically by confirming information you've already provided us (name, phone, service address).

You can also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf, provided you give them written permission and we can reasonably verify their identity.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Global Privacy Control

Our website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and device.
