Pressure cleaning for the surfaces that need it.
Hard surfaces — concrete, brick, pavers, walkways, patios, pool decks — actually benefit from a real pressure washing treatment. Embedded dirt, oil, algae, lichen, gum, fertilizer rust — none of it comes off with a garden hose. A 3,000 PSI surface cleaner does it in one pass, without the zebra stripes you get from a hand-held wand.
This is one of the most-requested pressure washing services in South Florida, and one of the most over-promised. A guy with a $200 home-store washer can wet your driveway and call it clean. We can show you the difference: a calibrated commercial machine, a flat surface-cleaner attachment, hot water for grease, and rinse-down chemistry that actually lifts contamination instead of pushing it deeper.
When pressure washing is the right method.
Use pressure washing for: concrete driveways, paver driveways, sidewalks, walkways, brick patios, stamped concrete, garage floors, dumpster pads, parking lots, commercial sidewalks. These surfaces handle 3,000+ PSI and they need it.
Do NOT use pressure washing for: roofs of any kind, painted stucco, vinyl siding, painted wood, screens, windows, lanai enclosures. Those need soft wash roof cleaning or house soft washing — high pressure damages them.
The fastest way to spot an unprofessional power washing company is to watch what they aim at the wall of your house. If they treat the stucco the same way they treat the driveway, walk them off the property before they get started.
Surfaces and services we pressure clean.
Driveway pressure washing.
The single most-asked-for service. A single-car concrete drive runs $129; a two-car or longer drive with oil stains runs $179–$229. We use a 21-inch commercial surface cleaner to eliminate the stripe pattern that a hand-held wand leaves, then post-treat any remaining oil with a degreaser. Rust from sprinklers and fertilizer is a separate add-on (rust removal).
Paver driveways and walkways.
Pavers need a lighter touch than concrete — too much PSI strips the joint sand. We use a surface cleaner at reduced pressure, then re-sand the joints with polymeric sand and seal them if you want the full cycle. See paver cleaning & sealing for the strip-and-seal option.
Patios, pool decks, walkways.
Travertine, marble, brick paver, concrete pavers, stamped concrete — each gets a different chemistry and pressure setting. Priced at about $0.18–$0.35 per square foot depending on surface and condition.
Driveway pressure cleaning for HOAs.
Many South Florida HOAs require an annual driveway pressure cleaning to keep the community looking uniform. We run recurring contracts for HOA boards, with a standardized scope per home and one invoice per cycle.
Commercial pressure cleaning.
Storefront sidewalks, dumpster pads, parking-lot stripes, fast-food drive-throughs, gas stations. Recurring monthly or quarterly contracts available. See commercial & HOA for the full scope.
How a real pressure washing company works.
- Walk-through and written quote. We look at the surface, identify oil stains and rust, measure the area, and give you a number in writing before any work starts.
- Surface protection. Plants, painted walls, low-voltage lighting and AC units get covered or pre-rinsed. Reclaim mats on driveways if your county requires runoff capture.
- The work. Surface cleaner for the wide areas, hand-held wand for edges and trim. Hot water on grease zones. Post-treatment biocide so algae doesn’t return in four weeks.
- Walk-through. We don’t leave until you’ve signed off on the result.
Why hire a pressure washing company instead of renting.
A rental from the home-improvement store will technically spray water. Here’s what it won’t give you: a 21-inch surface cleaner (the thing that prevents stripes), hot water (the thing that lifts oil), proper chemistry (the thing that kills algae roots), reclaim mats (the thing that keeps your county happy), or insurance (the thing that pays when a 3,000-PSI wand puts a chip through your sliding glass door).
A real pressure cleaning service costs less per hour than your time is worth on a Saturday — and it doesn’t leave you with a half-cleaned driveway, sore shoulders, and a damaged garage door panel.
Service area.
We’re a Miami-based pressure washing company serving all of South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Same-day quotes for most addresses and a job slot within 48 hours for standard driveway and walkway work.
